The GamersNexus GN15 Emblem Glass includes with it a 1-Year Limited Warranty. This Warranty applies to all GN15 Emblem Glass purchases. Please email support@gamersnexus.net with photos (required) and details regarding the damage or defects for which you are seeking help. Please include your Order #. In addition to the product-specific warranty, all GN Store purchases are already covered by the Store-Wide Return Policy and Return/Replacement window.

Please note that we also have a return policy and return window detailed here (in addition to the warranty). Defects, missing items, or damage from shipment can also be addressed outside of the warranty guidelines by simply using the standard return policy.

Washing Instructions

Note that this product must be hand-washed and cannot be washed in a dishwasher machine. When hand-washing, limit contact with the emblem area. Use the soft side of the sponge.

As it uses an adhesive, excessive exposure to water, especially the high-pressure (and often heated) water of a dishwasher, can cause the adhesive to eventually fail; however, in our careful hand-washing testing, we have not had any adhesive failures. In the event of accidental (caused by the user) failure of the adhesive, we ask that you first replace the badge with the extra included badge. You can contact our support team for instructions or to receive an additional badge replacement if necessary.

Emblem Application Instructions

All GN15 Emblem Glasses come with an emblem badge pre-installed by our team in our East Coast US Warehouse. They also include an extra emblem. If yours eventually falls off or if you’d like to use the extra emblem on another piece of drinkware or object, follow the below steps:

1. Peel the protective backing from the extra emblem

2. Lightly align and press the emblem to the surface to which you wish to secure it

3. Press firmly on the emblem with a full open palm for at least 30 seconds

What Manufacturing Issues Are Covered?

GamersNexus, LLC warrants that your GN15 Emblem Glass, purchased directly from GamersNexus’ online store, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the Limited Warranty Period described herein.

  • Incomplete product or missing accessory

  • Damaged product caused by initial shipping, such as glass break

  • Manufacturing or workmanship defects (including defects causing a break) in the included glass or accessory badge

  • Damage out-of-box, such as chips in the glass

  • In the event of the badge falling off due to regular use and under regular hand washing, we can provide an additional badge if you first submit a photo of the glassware absent its emblem.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

  • Cosmetic damage, variance, or wear-and-tear, including, but not limited to, the paint and printed design, minor cosmetic variance that occurs from manufacturing, etc.

  • Defects in materials or workmanship of the glass surface caused by user accident or improper use by the user (e.g. dishwasher usage or drops)

  • Defects or damage caused by fire, flood, or force majeure

How Long Does This Warranty Last?

This warranty lasts for 1 year from the original purchase date. The warranty is non-transferable and exclusively for the original purchaser. This warranty terminates if you sell, transfer, or dispose of your product. The “original purchaser” is the individual who bought the product directly from GamersNexus and not with intent to resell. Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of the limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.

In the event that the product is no longer manufactured and sold by GamersNexus, LLC, a suitable replacement will be offered from its current products or an alternate solution.

How Do I Use The Warranty?

To get service under this warranty, promptly notify GamersNexus, LLC by emailing support@gamersnexus.net to retrieve additional instructions relating to replacing, exchanging, or repairing the warranted product. Please include your order ID or invoice to expedite things, along with a description of the issue and photos of the issue. You may be asked to undertake additional steps to troubleshoot the issue or determine whether this warranty applies, or to fix the issue remotely with assistance from our team, if applicable. Meanwhile, a manufacturing defect may be determined best resolved by a replacement of the affected item.

Any warranted product must be accompanied by proof of purchase, e.g. an order number, so that we may assist further.

For any warranted product authorized to be returned to GamersNexus in accordance with this warranty, GamersNexus will repair or replace the warranted product, or any part thereof, in its sole discretion. GamersNexus reserves the right to determine a product unfit for warranted coverage for a product which does not meet the above conditions.
