The GamersNexus Premium Dice Sets (including “Inductor,” “Snowflake,” and subsequent launches) include a 3-Year Limited Warranty. This Warranty applies to all GN Dice Set purchases. Please email support@gamersnexus.net with photos (required) and details regarding the damage or defects for which you are seeking help. Please include your Order #. In addition to the product-specific warranty, all GN Store purchases are already covered by the Store-Wide Return Policy and Return/Replacement window.
Please note that we also have a return policy and return window detailed here (in addition to the warranty). Defects, missing items, or damage from shipment can also be addressed outside of the warranty guidelines by simply using the standard return policy.
What Manufacturing Issues Are Covered?
GamersNexus, LLC warrants that your GN Premium Dice Sets, purchased directly from GamersNexus’ online store, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the Limited Warranty Period described herein.
Incomplete product or missing accessory
Missing dice, cards, or box components
Damaged product caused by initial shipping
Manufacturing or workmanship defects (including defects causing a break) in the included products, such as missing internal components or hinges
Damage out-of-box, such as to the cards
Chipping or cracking of the dice edges
What Accidental Issues Are Covered?
The 3-year warranty also covers some accidental damage caused by the user. We want users to feel confident in purchasing our Premium Dice and know that they will be well-supported throughout the warranty period, even when accidents happen.
Box hinges breaking due to dropping the wooden box (we will send replacement hinges that you can self-attach)
Chipping of the dice due to high height drops or dropping other items onto the dice
Chipping to the dice edges even if caused by external user factors
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
Cosmetic damage (such as resin scratches or wearing number paint), manufacturing variance, or wear-and-tear, including, but not limited to, the paint and printed design of the box or dice, minor cosmetic variance that occurs from manufacturing, etc.
Natural wood visual variance (such as variations in color tones, patterns, grain, and imperfections from natural wood material)
Fit, gaps, warping, and wobble due to natural wood expanding and contracting. With changes in temperature and humidity, natural wood settles and the box fit will change. Wood movement is a natural process.
Loss of any individual components, such as a user’s loss or misplacement of dice
Defects or damage caused by fire, flood, or force majeure
How Long Does This Warranty Last?
This warranty lasts for 3 years from the original purchase date. The warranty is transferable with receipt from the original purchaser. Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of the limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.
In the event that the product is no longer manufactured and sold by GamersNexus, LLC, a suitable replacement will be offered from its current products or an alternate solution.
How Do I Use The Warranty?
To get service under this warranty, promptly notify GamersNexus, LLC by emailing support@gamersnexus.net to retrieve additional instructions relating to replacing, exchanging, or repairing the warranted product. Please include your order ID or invoice to expedite things, along with a description of the issue and photos of the issue. You may be asked to undertake additional steps to troubleshoot the issue or determine whether this warranty applies, or to fix the issue remotely with assistance from our team, if applicable. Meanwhile, a manufacturing defect may be determined best resolved by a replacement of the affected item.
Any warranted product must be accompanied by proof of purchase, e.g. an order number, so that we may assist further.
For any warranted product authorized to be returned to GamersNexus in accordance with this warranty, GamersNexus will repair or replace the warranted product, or any part thereof, in its sole discretion. GamersNexus reserves the right to determine a product unfit for warranted coverage for a product which does not meet the above conditions.
